“Hiring Ashley was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding (besides getting married, of course!) We did not know what we were getting ourselves into when planning a wedding and had many, many questions, which Ashley was always available to answer and put our minds at ease. We could not be more happy with how our wedding day turned out and continue to get complements about how beautiful, intimate, and well run the whole day was. If there were hiccups throughout the day we had no idea -- Ashley took care of everything and allowed us to enjoy our special day! A few things I'd like to highlight that about working with Ashley: 1. I'm not a bride who dreamed about her wedding day or knew exactly what she wanted for her day. Ashley was able to transform broad strokes and sometimes conflicting desires (e.g., modern and intimate / cozy, black and white but soft with greenery) into the most beautiful design we could have ever imagined. Ashley is a thought partner and cares deeply about her couples. Any time we reached out to Ashley with questions or were stressed over a decision (e.g., bridesmaids colors, should we order chairs for an indoor ceremony) she would make time to talk us through it, whether big or small. She helped us prioritize the things that meant most to us to keep within budget while also making sure to uphold the integrity of our day and design. When we had to make the final call on whether we wanted to shift the ceremony and cocktail hour inside due to rain, I trusted Ashley completely to make the right decision for the day. 3. Ashley found the very best vendors. I can't speak highly enough about the entire vendor team that facilitated our day, captured it perfectly, and made us feel like ourselves throughout. Her connections and industry expertise were a huge asset to the planning experience 4. I was never stressed about my wedding when working with Ashley. She communicates often, is organized, and on top of every detail. It was clear what we were supposed to tackle at different points in the year, what she needed from my husband and me, and what tasks were still to come. Ashley gave us the gift of enjoying the wedding planning process 5. As mentioned previously, Ashley flawlessly managed our wedding day. She put together a timeline down to the minute and everyone, including my family and bridal party, knew where they needed to be. As soon as she arrived in the bridal suite, I knew my wedding day was taken care of and I could relax and enjoy the day. If anything went wrong, neither my husband and I, nor our guests, noticed. Ashley takes great care in getting to know her couples, walking them though the planning process, and designing and executing the most incredible day. “We cannot recommend Ashley enough! Throughout the planning process, it was so wonderful to have someone so experienced to answer all our questions and to guide us to make good choices that aligned with what we wanted for our day. She brought up little things we didn't think about and managed so many complicated logistics in the background for us. We got married on a Saturday, and both my husband and I worked through the Wednesday before, with everyone at our jobs commenting how calm we seemed- and that is because we had Ashley on our team! On our wedding day, everything went so smoothly and there is nothing we would have changed!! It was wonderful having Ashley with us in the bridal suite and for pictures, and having her make sure everything at the venue was perfect. I kept thinking of little things that day, but before I could even ask, they somehow were already done! (My bag at my seat?! Everything back at our suite?!) Truly felt like magic. “It was an amazing experience working with Ashley, and our wedding would not have been such a success without ALL OF HER HELP! My husband and I thought we could plan our wedding by ourselves (we had a pretty small wedding with only 70 people), but boy were we wrong. About half a year before we tied the knot, we reached out to Ashley to see if she would be interested in helping us as a month-of coordinator. From the first email, Ashley was so patient and so kind--completely putting me at ease for everything I still had to do for the wedding. Even though we signed up for the month package, she was always quick to respond to emails looking for quick advice and input, even well before the month before our wedding date.

The first time we met Ashley in person, she came so well prepared; it was clear that she really put time and effort in understanding our personalities and our vibe for the wedding, and that she was going to do everything in her power to help us achieve our vision. She was also so calm--assuring us that we were on pace, but also great about reminding us when we had to make important decisions.

The few weeks leading up to the wedding were CRUCIAL and we could not have done it without Ashley. She was amazing about coordinating with all of our vendors; we literally didn't have to do any of that. And she was super helpful in answering our questions about tips and etiquette. The day before the wedding, we handed her our menus, gifts, etc., and on the day of the wedding, everything was PERFECTLY laid out -- just as we wanted. Ashley made it possible for us to really enjoy ourselves at our wedding, and we will eternally be grateful to her for helping make our lives easier (and our parents'!)
